SPACES

Navigating relationships as a young person is hard. It's hard when you feel that a part of you fundamentally changes the way you handle your relationships, and it's even harder when someone else imposes that onto you. So how do we deal with it? What boundaries do we put in place to keep ourselves safe?

SPACES is a result of extensive interviews with people from all walks of life, the experiences of our cast and crew and our reaction towards social politics. We threw all of our research into the mix and created a touching devised performance revealing the nuances of modern relationships - familial, friendly and romantic.

------------

Breathless Theatre is the brainchild of Tallulah Vaughan (Oxford, RADA) and Raniyah Qureshi (Cambridge). The company aims to nurture the voices of young people through exploring social politics, particularly focusing on the voices of the marginalised. It is also focused on the advancement of women in the arts, and making space for creative self-identifying females both on stage and behind the scenes.
