When Sinéad Murphy's favourite uncle dies suddenly, she's pulled back to Conall, a small Irish border town steeped in secrets. On a quest to find his favourite pair of slippers, Sinéad soon finds herself entangled in a whirlwind of clashing relatives, long-buried secrets, and a mysterious woman lurking by the casket.

As memories echo through the air and buried truths claw their way to the surface, Sinéad must navigate a fraught reunion filled with laughter, tears and the occasional sandwich. 

A dark, funny and deeply moving tale of grief, family, and self-acceptance, Funeral Sandwiches, Wrong 'Un Theatre's inaugural play, asks: how do you move forward when the past refuses to let go?
